This approach is implemented in all its projects by the general contractor Pillar Contractor, SIA – an experienced construction and design company that has been steadily strengthening its position on the Latvian market since 2015. The company specialises in full-cycle design and construction services, delivering technically complex and large-scale projects across various sectors.

Pillar Contractor’s integrated management system has been awarded international ISO certificates by the global auditing authority Bureau Veritas: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. In its day-to-day operations, the company uses BIM technology, which improves project management, reduces risks, and optimises timelines.

In 2024, the company’s turnover exceeded 43 million euros. The year 2025 also promises dynamic growth.
