New Hanza Med

In summer of 2025, AS AmberStone Group opened one of the most modern multidisciplinary medical and surgical centres in Latvia — New Hanza Med, located in the centre of Riga, within the New Hanza district. The centre brings together several private medical institutions under one roof, offering a full cycle of healthcare services — from consultations and precise diagnostics to surgical treatment, inpatient care and rehabilitation.

At present, the centre is home to the gynaecology and surgery clinic Vītola klīnika, the aesthetic medicine clinic New Hanza Med Estētikas klīnika, and a laboratory Centrālā Laboratorija. Soon, E-radiologs will also open, providing magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasound diagnostics.

Vītola klīnika

Vītola klīnika (formerly JV Klīnika) is one of the most modern gynaecology and surgery clinics in the Baltic region and operates within the multidisciplinary medical centre New Hanza Med. The clinic is staffed by an experienced multidisciplinary team — gynaecologists, surgeons, urologists, physiotherapists and other specialists — providing comprehensive care within a single clinic. 

The surgical team specialises in minimally invasive surgery, with a focus on achieving long-term results for the patient. Particular attention is given to improving quality of life and preserving reproductive health, while adhering to international guidelines and employing the latest technologies. It is expected that Vītola klīnika will be able to serve up to 30,000 patients per year, becoming an important centre of excellence in women’s healthcare in the Baltic region.

New Hanza Med Estētikas klīnika

The aesthetic medicine clinic specialises in plastic surgery, dermatology and aesthetic medical treatments. The clinic offers a wide range of plastic surgery services, including facial, breast and body procedures, lipofilling, 3D liposuction, body contouring, scar correction and other treatments. Dermatology and aesthetic medicine services will also be introduced in the near future.

The clinic is headed by Dr Māris Krūmiņš, a certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. Under his leadership, a professional team of specialists provides an individual approach to each patient — from consultations and diagnostics to aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, post-operative care and long-term health maintenance planning.
