The quality of hotels, restaurants or cafés is a sign to local and foreign tourists how welcome they are. A quick bite in a restaurant or a short nap in the hotel are the first and sometimes the only impressions about the country that a business tourist gets. We work to make these moments flawless. We add the experience gained in Latvia to the expertise of our foreign partners in order to please our guests also in other cities around Europe.

Hospitality is one of the key business lines of AmberStone Group, so at the end of 2016 we established a separate holding company AmberStone Hotels, SIA. The company’s operation is impressive indeed: the investments in development of hotels have already exceeded 34 million euros. Moreover, we always keep looking for new expansion possibilities to offer our guests even more new hotels and entertainment options, as well as to make the overall image of the Old Riga more attractive for tourism.

Demonstrating strong performance, Konventa Sēta Hotel Keystone Collection continues to welcome guests in Riga following the full renovation of its 161 rooms and the landscaped courtyard in 2023, just like Rija Old Town Hotel in Tallinn. Meanwhile, a new 4-star apartment hotel, Carillon Aparthotel, is currently under construction in Riga’s Old Town and will open its doors to guests in the autumn of 2025. Another 4-star hotel in the Old Town is in the planning stage – both hotels will be part of the Keystone Collection.

Two More Beers LV, SIA provides meals for guests of the Konventa Sēta Hotel and also operates Two More Beers – a restaurant and beer venue in Riga’s Old Town. In August 2023, a new pastry shop Cruffins also opened its doors, becoming the first bakery in Latvia to delight visitors with freshly baked cruffins. In November 2024, a new Two More Beers restaurant was launched in London. It is located in Islington, in the vibrant Angel district, known for its cultural venues, lively nightlife, and wide selection of restaurants and shops. In the summer of 2025, a Cruffins café will also open in London.
