Hospitality

The quality of hotels, restaurants and cafés reflects how warmly both international and local guests are welcomed in a country. It is often said that hospitality industry is the face of the country, since a business traveller most often only has so much time to enjoy a meal and have a rest at the hotel. We work to ensure that these moments are enjoyable and memorable. Drawing on the experience we have gained in Latvia, we collaborate with international partners to delight guests in other European cities as well.

Hospitality is one of the key business areas of AmberStone Group, which is why, at the end of 2016, we established a dedicated holding company – AmberStone Hotels, SIA. The scale of the company’s operations is quite impressive: investments in hotel development have already exceeded EUR 59.3 million. Moreover, we continue to seek new opportunities for expansion, offering guests an ever-growing range of accommodation and leisure options while enhancing the overall appeal of historic city centres.

In the heart of Old Riga, Konventa Sēta Hotel Keystone Collection continues to welcome guests with consistently strong performance. In 2023, the reconstruction of its 161 rooms was completed, and its inner courtyard was fully renovated and landscaped. In December 2025, the new four-star Carillon Aparthotel opened its doors to guests. Another four-star hotel is currently under development and will complement the Keystone Collection portfolio in Old Riga alongside Carillon Aparthotel. Meanwhile, Rija Old Town Hotel continues to successfully welcome guests in Tallinn’s Old Town.

Two More Beers LV, SIA provides catering services for guests of Konventa Sēta Hotel and also operates the Two More Beers beer restaurant in Old Riga. In August 2023, the new Cruffins bakery was opened – the first bakery in Latvia dedicated to serving freshly baked cruffins.
