The New Hanza Apartaments project at 10 Gustava Kluča Street has reached another significant construction milestone, with a time capsule ceremonially laid in the building's foundations.

As is customary on such occasions, the capsule contains a message to future generations – a symbolic testament to the work we are doing today and our vision for the urban environment we are creating for the future.

This milestone marks not only the progress of construction, but also our confidence that New Hanza Apartaments will become a significant and sustainable part of Riga's urban landscape, where contemporary architecture, a high-quality living environment and thoughtfully planned development will provide a home for generations to come.
