Pillar Contractor has been listed among the TOP 10 largest construction companies in Latvia, according to data compiled by Dienas Bizness for 2024*. For the company, this is a significant achievement, marking the first time it has reached such a high position. Moreover, among all Latvian companies by turnover, Pillar Contractor holds 261^st place, demonstrating stable growth and competitiveness.

Jānis Lāčaunieks, Chairman of the Board of Pillar Contractor, emphasises that the increase in turnover in 2024 was driven by several large-scale projects completed in both the private and public sectors, as well as the company’s focused development through strengthening its technical capacity and building a professional team.

The growth in profit is linked to more efficient process management, careful control of costs and risks, and investments made in previous years that have begun to yield higher returns. The year 2025 will also be a year of growth, enabling the company to further strengthen its position in Latvia’s construction industry.
